Your journey provides you with a powerful variety of learning experiences to upskill as a general manager for a rapidly changing world. You will develop your strategic thinking and decision making and accelerate your leadership with business and leadership coaching. You will also benefit from an integrative consulting project with an external organization to maximize exposure to different real-world contexts and perspectives.
You can take Global Management Foundations as a stand-alone program or as credit toward your IMD Executive MBA degree.

- Marketing: 12 hours of workload (preparatory work, attend 4 x 120’ liVe sessions)
- Generative AI for business: 15 hours of workload (watch video unit, assignments, attend 4 x 90’ liVe sessions)
- Finance and macro-economics fundamentals: 20 hours of workload (preparatory work, attend 5 x 120′ liVe sessions)
8 days on campus: 18-25 November, 2024

As part of the Live Consulting Project, Global Management Foundations participants create business case studies to solve problems that are happening in the real world. IMD has partnered with the following companies for consulting projects: Agathon, Gavi, Medair, ICRC, and iamtheCODE.
