As of 2025, the Executive MBA program offers two distinct formats that maximize return on learning investment through unprecedented adaptability and market-relevant content.
- The Elective-Flex format allows participants to design part of their own learning journey – both in delivery mode and content focus areas like sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.
- The Modular-Flex format enables participants to optimize their time investment by choosing their pace and starting point, completing the degree in anywhere from 18 months to four years. IMD faculty, active in both boardrooms and research, orchestrate learning experiences that translate cutting-edge insights into actionable business strategies. They work directly with the EMBA candidates on the complex trade-offs and decisions that drive market leadership.
