Executive MBA Class Reunions 2&3 May 2025

Ready for your EMBA reunion? We sure are!

On May 2-3, 2025 you are warmly invited to return to campus to celebrate your EMBA class milestone.

This reunion is a special opportunity to reconnect with classmates, relive cherished memories, and engage with new insights through masterclasses, workshops, and other events. Whether it’s professional growth, catching up on life since graduation, or simply enjoying time with old friends, this event promises to be truly memorable.

  • Friday, 2 May
    The reunion begins at 16:30 with registration followed by a joint opening session and networking dinner with alumni from across cohorts.
  • Saturday, 3 May
    A full day of activities awaits* (finishes at around 17:30), including:
    1. Keynotes from inspiring speakers.
    2. Breakout sessions and masterclasses tailored to your interests.
    3. Dedicated time with your class to reconnect and celebrate your journey together.

*Nota bene: Your class may decide to add additional discretionary activities in adjacent days, please check with the organizers of your class.

Dress code: business casual

If you are bringing your family, we will follow up to have details for each person joining.

  • Children aged 4 to 15 years will participate in an age-appropriate program on campus led by dedicated staff. Much of the children’s program will be outdoors, so please ensure they have appropriate clothing, outdoor shoes, and sunscreen.
  • Children aged 16 and above are welcome to join the alumni program alongside you.

Please note that children under the age of 4 must remain under parental supervision at all times (no program or activities will be provided for this age group).

More details on the children’s activities and logistics will follow early next year.

IMD has arranged special rates for you at some of the riviera’s best hotels nearby.

Please feel free to contact your preferred hotel as soon as possible and before April 23, 2025 to secure your booking now. (rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis).

After this date, we will release any remaining rooms and any subsequent bookings may not benefit from the IMD rates.

FAQs
How can I register for my reunion?

Register and choose the number of adults who are attending, followed by the number of children. You will then be asked to add your participant e-mail address (we highly recommend that you use the e-mail linked to your MyIMD account) and credit card details before proceeding to check-out.

How do I know if I am registered?

Once you have successfully registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation email from Shopify. Your name will then automatically appear on our internal list of attendees.

Do my family members need to register for the reunion?

Yes, all participants to the reunion must register, whether they are your partner or child. For the health and safety of all attendees, as well as students, faculty and staff, only registered attendees will be allowed to access campus during the reunion.

Can I cancel or modify my registration if my plans change?

Yes, a full refund of the event fee will be given only if a participant sends notice of cancellation by e-mail to [email protected] no later than April 25, 2025. After that date, no refund will be given.

Is there a deadline for registration?

Yes, the deadline is April 25, 2025.

What will the children (4 to 15 years old) do while I am on a session?

There will be a separate program for children aged 4-15 years’ old who join the reunion. Do please ensure you provide the names and ages of your children in the survey so we can add them to their age-appropriate group.

And if my children are under 4? Is there babysitting?

Children under 4 will be under the responsibility of their parents. There is no babysitting service and no program for children under 4.

I’m not sure yet if my partner/children will join. How do I register them at a later stage?

Once you have registered online, you submit a separate registration at a later date for your partner/children (before registration closes). Please note, you will need to complete the survey again and include their details.

What will my partner or my children do on campus during the sessions?

There is no separate programme for partners, but they are welcome to all reunion activities as long as they are registered.

There is separate programme for the children from 4 to 15 years of age.

What is the dress code on campus for the reunion?

The dress code will be business casual.
