Let’s face it, if you’ve made it this far, you’re somewhere between a pretty good and an outstanding decision maker. But have you mindfully worked on your decision style? And, when uncertainty increases, how do you adapt? In this session, we’ll look at the perils of not adapting our decision style to the ambient uncertainty. We’ll then look at ways we can best account for various degrees of uncertainty.

Here’s what you’ll unpack with Professor Chevallier:

• A look in the mirror: Take a moment to reflect on your decision-making style. It’s about understanding your go-to moves and when it’s time to switch things up.
• When to pivot: Recognizing those crucial moments that call for a change in how you make decisions.
• Embracing the unknown: Learn to make uncertainty your ally. We’ll talk about practical ways to handle the unknown confidently in your decisions, especially when the stakes are sky-high.

Following the session, you will have the chance to engage directly with our Program Advisors. They will provide:
