Experience & Background

Anja Lagodny is a senior business and technology leader who has successfully and passionately driven the digital and growth agenda within various major global CPG and technology companies in different locations worldwide. 

In her various roles as chief digital officer and VP of digital, she has accelerated the digital agenda by taking a holistic view of digital away from mere technology upgrades, embracing the transformational force behind new technologies by driving new ways of working, new operating models, global upskilling programs, and value-led innovations.  

With a career spanning over two decades, Lagodny now drives impact as an entrepreneur, focusing on supporting and mentoring startups, being a digital advisor for boards, and providing consulting services for digital and data strategy creation and successful implementation. She is also Chair of the International Chapter of the Swiss Institute of Directors.  

Lagodny’s passion for leading change and continuous learning drives her focus on the ever-evolving digital landscape, always on a mission to understand what digital capabilities companies need to deliver, accelerate, or supercharge their business strategy.
