Experience & Background

Eric Baudier has more than 30 years’ international experience in supply chain operations, lean manufacturing, strategic procurement, and key business transformation projects.

He has been a senior executive at Tetra Pak for more than 20 years and a member of the group leadership team from 2016 till 2021 as Executive VP Supply Chain Operations.

Baudier has led many critical business transformations such as lean manufacturing and ERP implementation, and was Chair of the Transformation and Capability Council for many years.

Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, Eric has a degree in paper and printing science engineering from the Grenoble Engineering School Pagora, France.

Expertise & Interests

Baudier is an expert in supply chain, sustainability, captive negotiations, change management, and leadership coaching. He has a particular interest in sustainability questions and he is a winter mountain guide for the Alpine Swiss Club.
