Peter Attfield

Attfield is a visionary in strategic business partnering and a CHRO- level HR thought leader with a notable global track record. His career, spanning nearly four decades, is marked by substantial contributions to large scale organization and culture transformations, strategic talent management, and leadership development across multiple sectors and geographies.  

From 2018 to 2024, Attfield served as the Chief Talent & Learning Officer at Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong, where he spearheaded HR functional excellence initiatives and shaped innovative strategies in multinational corporations and large family-owned regional businesses. His approach to HR combines deep theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world application, aiming to transform organizations to be future-ready.  

As a truly global citizen, Peter has lived in nine countries and engaged with diverse cultures in over 75 countries, gaining significant emerging market experience in Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. His cultural awareness and adaptability are testaments to his global perspective and expertise.
