Since 2004, IMD’s constantly evolving Strategies for Leadership program has provided women with the tools necessary for addressing those challenges and strengthening their impact as leaders. You will learn how to build the leadership finesse, visibility, and influence to fuel your advancement and drive meaningful change within your organization.
Through a combination of extensive professional coaching and powerful experiential activities, you will develop a deep understanding of yourself as a leader, enhance your executive presence, and reflect on your personal leadership challenges.
