On IMD’s Mobilizing People program, you develop your self-awareness and grow as a leader through powerful experiential situations, constructive feedback, and reflection. You explore the “inner game” (self-awareness, authenticity, and personal growth), and the “outer game” (energizing and mobilizing people to achieve organizational goals).
Working mainly in groups in leadership situations, and guided by experienced executive coaches, you identify the hidden dynamics that influence teams and their performance. The practical tools you learn enable you to turn those insights into action in your daily life.
