IMD is thrilled to have been recognized at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Award for its We@IMD internal development program, designed to cultivate leadership and self-awareness among its employees. The We@IMD program received gold for Best Advance in Education Delivered Through Technology.
Launched in 2023, the We@IMD program focuses on building self and collective leadership mindsets, essential for navigating today’s rapidly changing business environment. It is a comprehensive learning journey that includes online modules, experiential exercises with AI-powered tools, peer coaching, reflective discussions, and interactive sessions with IMD’s faculty.
“The We@IMD program focuses on developing leadership qualities by embracing our caring, inclusive, and high-performance culture,” said IMD President David Bach. “It reflects our commitment to innovation and excellence while embodying our mission of fostering real learning and real impact. Through this program, our workforce gains valuable insights from IMD’s expertise, leveraged by our latest cutting-edge technologies.”
The program has already made a significant impact, with almost 200 employees having participated since its inception.
Earlier this year, IMD also received five Brandon Hall Group Human Capital Management awards for custom programs co-created with HEINEKEN, SAP, Bayer, and Securitas.
