Supporting a learning culture

We foster a learning culture; all our employees can access a wide range of professional internal and external development opportunities. New internal opportunities and open job positions are transparently displayed on an internal platform.

The We@IMD training program was launched in 2023. The eight-week course provides our employees with invaluable insights into leadership, high-performing teams, and self-awareness.

This equips them with the skills and knowledge to develop an individual and collective leadership mindset. Incorporating cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, the metaverse, and VR, the course includes leadership experiential exercises, mentoring, and coaching. It highlights how everyone contributes to IMD’s success and promotes collaboration across departments and mutual learning.
