In collaboration with IMD we launched WIN (Women Interactive Network), a global leadership development programme that stands as one of our key initiatives to drive gender balance in senior management. The WIN program empowers female talents through face-to-face interactions, coaching sessions, networking events, webinars and the invaluable opportunity to shadow business leaders. Since its launch in September 2022, 29% of WIN participants have grown into roles with greater responsibility within our organization.
