IMD Board Community

Elevating board excellence through insightful discussions and global networking

The Board Community is dedicated to fostering the sharing of experiences and the latest governance thinking to enhance the effectiveness of boards and board members worldwide. Through dynamic discussions focused on leading board practice, governance through leadership and the latest trends, and interactive events, members gain insights and build relationships to help them drive governance excellence in different contexts.

Our purpose is to:

Foster a highly connected community among former participants of IMD board programs, bridging new and senior generations of board members, and enhancing participants’ capabilities.

Encourage the exchange of real-life board experiences and ideas within a trusted environment.

Strengthen the relationship with IMD by promoting board member education and providing access to valuable content, including articles, webinars, presentations, and interviews.

Share best practices and nurture the network.

Membership

Our community comprises a diverse group of over 3,000 board members from 73 countries, who represent a broad spectrum of industries, sectors and organizations. Membership of the IMD Board Community is for individuals who have completed a board program at IMD.
