Sertac Yeltekin

Experience & Background

Sertac Yeltekin is the Founder and Managing Director of Zingforce Ventures, a firm specializing in venture building, advisory, and social finance based in Singapore.

He has 27 years of experience in the financial sector as a senior manager and consultant and is the Co-founder of Etkiyap, the first impact investing platform dedicated to advocacy, training, and fundraising in Turkey and the surrounding region. He is also Co-founder and General Partner of Purpose Venture Capital, Singapore.

Since 2017, he has been Chief Operating Officer for Insitor Partners, a Singapore-based Venture Capital firm, active in impact investing to support social entrepreneurship in South and Southeast Asia.

Previously, Yeltekin was Senior Vice President at Unicredit Banking Group in Italy with numerous C-suite and board membership roles in asset management, banking, finance and planning, and human capital management divisions. Prior to this, he worked as a management consultant in Turkey, Israel, and Italy at Bain & Company between 1998 and 2002.

Yeltekin is a Member of the Advisory Board for Bocconi University, SDA Business School, Milano, Italy, and a member of the Advisory Committee of Cottino Social Impact Campus, Torino, Italy.

After attending Robert College in Istanbul, he graduated from Swarthmore College, PA, USA with a BA in economics and political science. He also holds a graduate degree in international economic relations from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies at its European Center in Italy.
