Lehtonen set up his management team full of GE veterans. He also formulated vision and mission for the company. Then he utilized various tools to promote the ideas throughout the company, among which was the Denison Organizational Culture Survey. The results of the survey indicated that the biggest challenge for Lehtonen and his management team would be implementing their integration plans and realizing the growth potential.
