Advanced High Performance Leadership participants begin this next-step learning experience with the advantage of sharing a common language and mindset. You will test new leadership concepts, go much deeper into who you are as a leader, and define your next steps.

Pre-program work
1-2 weeks before the start date
  • Write a short account of a success and a less successful experience or failure you have experienced since completing High Performance Leadership or Inspirational Leadership. Consider how these relate to the concepts you learned to prepare yourself to share your stories in your coaching group.
  • Complete an individual reflection exercise.
  • Review the assigned readings to reconnect with the principles of high-performance leadership.
New insights into leadership to reach the next level of high performance
5 days (off campus)
  • Deep dive into managing your inner state and the “care to dare” concepts and actions.
  • Explore the role of emotions in leadership and the process of brain reconsolidation.
  • Bring to life the nine characteristics of secure base leadership to equip yourself with new skills.
  • Enhance your leadership resilience by identifying personal, professional, and organizational blocks to success and understanding how to deal with loss.
  • Learn how to harness stress for high performance by exploring the science of stress and resilience and how you integrate life and work.
  • Focus on dialogue, conflict, and driving change by understanding interpersonal dynamics, how to achieve high-impact communication, and rehearsing difficult conversations.
  • Identify the talents you want to develop in yourself and others, define your leadership legacy, and create a personal and professional action plan.

  • Benefit from one-on-one coaching during a 30-minute post-program call to keep you focused on achieving your goals.
