High-impact learning

Your journey provides you with a powerful variety of learning experiences to upskill as a general manager for a rapidly changing world. You will develop your strategic thinking and decision making and accelerate your leadership with business and leadership coaching. You will also benefit from an integrative consulting project with an external organization to maximize exposure to different real-world contexts and perspectives.

You can take Global Management Foundations as a stand-alone program or as credit toward your IMD Executive MBA degree.

Strategic thinking: 20 hours of workload (watch videos, submit assignments, peer review discussions, attend 4 x 120’ liVe sessions)

Strategy and digital transformation: 2 x 120’ liVe sessions
Marketing/customer centricity: 4 x 120’ liVe sessions

On-campus module 3 – Achieve real impact

8.5 days on campus
